I got my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Kentucky. I am a member of Multimodal Vision Research Laboratory (MVRL) supervised by Dr. Nathan Jacobs and a member of Lin Brain Lab supervised by Dr. Ai-Ling Lin. My research focuses on computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning, specifically image category, multimodal learning, and medical image analysis.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from Shandong University, China, and my Master’s degree from Universität Stuttgart, Germany. During my undergraduate study, I attended Xi’an Jiaotong University as an exchange student for one year.
I love my wife, my baby girl, and my cats (we have two cats: Miaomiao and Maisy).
